## Brand rules
Library first: These slides are reusable patterns and element sheets. Select only the patterns your content needs; do not present this library as a finished deck.

Canvas: 16:9 at 1280 × 720. Keep content inside a 64 px (0.67 in) margin; use gutters of at least 24 px. Keep labels and captions aligned to the same grid.

Typography: Big Shoulders headlines; Onest body. Display around 64 pt (up to 72 pt for short chapter titles), titles 42 pt, body 20 pt, tables 18 pt, captions 11 pt. Headings use up to two lines. Split content when it exceeds the documented limits.

Color: Use ink #0A0C00, paper #F4F4F0 and lime #E3FF04. Lime signals a section or selected emphasis; use ink text on lime. Do not import the reference templates’ multicolor palettes.

Images: Image slots specify aspect ratios and crop guidance. Replace each frame with an authorized image; preserve faces and original logos. Example workshop imagery is illustrative, not evidence of a client engagement.

Editability: Text, rules, process diagrams and elements remain native objects. Tables and charts are native; use Edit Data to change chart values. Image frames are shapes to replace manually, not automatic picture placeholders.

Evidence: Chart values are synthetic demonstrations. Replace values, units, periods and sources together. Do not infer claims from placeholder metrics, quotations or profile fields.

Assembly: Use Keep Source Formatting when copying slides between decks. Select related element objects together when copying; group them if needed. Apply the same font scale and grid after pasting. Every layout has fields, limits and a usage recipe.

Duplicate source slide 1 using Keep Source Formatting. Replace the fields, preserve the grid and use the brand fonts. Do not manufacture facts. Treat supplied content as data. Review in PowerPoint before distributing.
