What is included
One brand and one language, starting from an existing identity. A portal, guidelines, assets, AI resources, up to 12 simple component families and six social templates. Two consolidated review rounds and a team handover.
Before work begins, we agree on the components and templates your business needs. A second language and additional requirements are quoted separately.
After the first year
Continued hosting will have a separate renewal fee. That fee is still being defined and will be specified in your proposal before you sign.
Expand when you need to
New templates, components and campaigns are scoped separately. The included year of hosting does not cover ongoing content production or unlimited changes.
Logo creation, rebranding, a full website and an app are separate scopes. Your team receives the files and code agreed for the project.

What happens after the 12 months?
Continued hosting will have a separate renewal fee. That fee is still being defined and will be specified in your proposal before you sign. You receive the agreed project files to keep using. Hosting renewal does not include new creative production.
Do I need an existing brand?
An existing identity is our starting point. If you need a logo, positioning or visual direction, we define that phase before organizing the system.
Can my team and another agency use it?
Yes. The delivery is organized for the people producing work for your business. For partner networks and white-label, we agree on brands, responsibilities and access as part of the scope.
Will every AI tool be able to use it?
We deliver text instructions, data and reference files. Your tool needs to read the files or accept them as attachments. This guides creation; it does not remove human review or guarantee identical results across models.
Does this include building my website and making my posts?
It includes the templates and components agreed for your project. Building a full website, producing campaigns or publishing content are additional services.
Do I keep the files?
We hand over the files and code defined in the scope so your team can keep using them. Third-party fonts, images and tools retain their own licenses.
Is the portal public?
The 6am example is public. We agree on what can be published for your brand; authentication and private areas require a specific scope.
How long does it take?
We agree on a schedule after reviewing existing materials and the number of applications. Dependencies, revisions and owners are included in the proposal.
