Growth module

The customers you already have are the cheapest ones to sell again.

You paid to get every name on your list. Then the quote went out and nobody followed up. The season changed and nobody sent a reminder. The Email module runs the follow-up your business is too busy to send, from your 6am website, to people who already know you.

The quiet leak in every service business

Quotes that never got a second touch. Past customers who would book again if reminded. Leads who filled out a form, got one reply, and were never contacted again. None of these show up as a lost sale. They show up as a list that keeps growing and revenue that does not.

  • Quotes sent and never chased, closed by whoever followed up
  • Past customers due for the next service who booked with someone whose reminder arrived first
  • Website leads that got one reply and then silence, because follow-up depends on someone remembering

What the Email module covers

Sequences that run on their own, and broadcasts that go out on schedule. Written in your voice.

  • 01

    List setup and consent

Your customers, leads, and past quotes brought into one list with proper consent records. Clean sending, real unsubscribe, no bought lists.

  • 02

    Quote follow-up sequence

A short series that goes out after every quote. Answers the objections, offers a next step, and stops the moment they book or say no.

  • 03

    Welcome sequence for new leads

What happens after someone fills the form on your site. Who you are, what to expect, how to book. Sent within minutes, without anyone remembering to do it.

  • 04

    Seasonal and service reminders

Broadcasts timed to your trade. Pre-season checkups, annual services, weather-driven pushes. Planned a season ahead, written by us, approved by you.

  • 05

    Reactivation

Customers who have not booked in a while get a reason to come back. Measured by who actually did.

  • 06

    Monthly reporting and tuning

What was sent, who replied, who booked. Sequences adjusted based on what people did, not on what looked nice.

How it runs

The 6am Overnight Production System, applied to your list.

  1. 01

    Brief

You tell us where your customer records live, what a typical quote looks like, and how your year runs. Which months are busy, which are slow.

  2. 02

    First version by 6am

The sequence map and the first sequence, fully written, ready to review the next morning.

  3. 03

    Revisions

You fix the tone, the offer, and anything that is not how you talk to customers. We rewrite until it reads like you.

  4. 04

    Launch

Sequences go live, wired to your site forms and your quote process. Sending domain authenticated so mail lands in the inbox.

  5. 05

    Monthly improvement

We read the replies, track the bookings, retire what does not work, and add the next sequence or broadcast on the plan.

How you know it worked

Open rates are easy to inflate and easy to hide behind. Your monthly summary leads with replies and bookings, which are what an email is for. Everything sits in your 6am dashboard.

  • Replies and bookings that came from email
  • Quotes that closed after a follow-up sequence
  • Opens and clicks by sequence, as a secondary signal
  • List growth and unsubscribes
  • Deliverability: mail that reached the inbox versus mail that bounced

Runs on your 6am website

Sequences are triggered by things that happen on your site: a form, a booking, a quote request. That is why the Email module runs on a website by 6am, or a site we can operate and connect to. If your site cannot hand us those events, the website comes first.

Pricing

Email is quoted per scope. The scope is the number of sequences and the broadcast cadence. A quote follow-up alone is a small scope. A full year of seasonal sends plus reactivation is a larger one. The website itself is $297/month. The module is a separate line.

You get the sequence list, the cadence, and the price in writing before we start. Month to month. Your list stays yours.

Is it too early for you?

Good fit if

  • You send quotes and some of them go quiet
  • Your customers come back on a cycle: seasonal, annual, or recurring service
  • You have a customer list, even a messy one, in a spreadsheet, an invoicing tool, or a CRM
  • Your site has a form or booking flow that produces leads
  • You can reply to the responses email generates

Too early if

  • You have no customer records at all. Start with the website and collect them properly for a few months first
  • Your work is one-time only and nobody ever needs you again. Follow-up still helps, but the return is smaller and we will say so
  • Your site is not live. Sequences start from site forms and quote events
  • Nobody on your side can answer replies within a business day. Email that gets replies and then silence does harm
  • You want to email a list you bought or scraped. We do not send to those

Frequently asked questions

I do not have a list. Can I start?
You can start collecting one through the website today. The Email module makes sense once there are people to write to. We will tell you honestly when that point is reached.
Will my customers find it annoying?
Not if it is useful and infrequent. A quote follow-up is expected. A pre-season reminder is helpful. We do not send to fill a calendar, and unsubscribes are tracked in your report as a warning sign.
Which email platform do you use?
One that connects to your site and your records and that you own the account for. If you already have one, we usually work inside it. The choice is in the scope.
Do you also do SMS?
Automated first-response texts and appointment reminders belong to the Operations module. Email and Operations often run together for the same customer journey.
What if I want to write some of it myself?
Fine. Send us the draft. We edit, schedule, and send. Some owners write the seasonal note themselves and let us handle the sequences.
Does the 6am guarantee apply?
The guarantee is on the website: first version by 6am, or your first month is not charged. Email runs on the same production system. The guarantee stays with the website.

Follow up with everyone. Without remembering to.

Start with a brief. Tell us how your quotes and seasons work. We come back with a sequence map and a price.

No sales call. Your list and your account stay in your name.
