Growth module

Leads die in the gap between the form and the follow-up.

Someone fills out your form at lunch. You are on a roof, in a treatment room, or under a sink. By the time you call back, they booked with whoever answered first. The Operations module closes that gap with a first response that goes out in seconds and a pipeline that does not let anything fall through.

The leads you paid for and never called back

The marketing worked. The site worked. Then the lead sat in an inbox, or a voicemail, or a sticky note, and nobody owned the next step. You do not lose these leads to a better competitor. You lose them to a faster one, and to your own week.

  • Form submissions that wait hours for a reply because the person who could answer was working
  • Quotes sent and never chased, because chasing depends on someone remembering
  • Finished jobs that never turned into a review request, a reminder, or a reason to come back

What the Operations module covers

The plumbing between your website and your day. Set up, connected, and kept running.

  • 01

    CRM setup in your name

One place every lead lands, with a stage, an owner, and a next action. Set up for how your business actually works, not a template for a sales team of twenty.

  • 02

    Instant first response

A text and an email go out the moment a form is submitted. Confirms you got it, says when to expect a call, asks the one question you need first. Sent in seconds, while the prospect is still on your site.

  • 03

    Lead routing

Every lead reaches the right person by the channel they actually check. Missed calls trigger a text back. Nothing waits in a tool nobody opens.

  • 04

    Quote and invoice follow-up

Automated nudges after a quote goes out, and after an invoice is due. Stops the moment they respond. Escalates to you when they do not.

  • 05

    Review requests and reminders

When a job is marked done, the review request goes out. When the next service is due, the reminder goes out. Both tied to your calendar or your job list, not your memory.

  • 06

    Kept running

Integrations break. Tools update. We monitor every automation, fix what fails, and show you each month what ran and what did not.

How it runs

The 6am Overnight Production System, applied to your follow-up.

  1. 01

    Brief

You walk us through what happens today when a lead comes in, who touches it, and where it gets stuck. Which tools you use for scheduling, quoting, and invoicing.

  2. 02

    First version by 6am

A map of your lead flow, the CRM structure, and the first response messages written, ready for review the next morning.

  3. 03

    Revisions

You correct the stages, the wording, and who gets what. If a message does not sound like your business, it changes.

  4. 04

    Launch

The CRM goes live connected to your site forms and phone. We submit test leads and watch each automation fire before we call it done.

  5. 05

    Monthly improvement

Every month we check response times, find leads that stalled, fix broken steps, and add the next automation on the map.

How you know it worked

Operations is measured in speed and in leaks. How fast did the first response go out, and how many leads reached a dead end. Both live in your 6am dashboard, and both are numbers you can check against your own experience.

  • Time from form submission to first response
  • Leads with no follow-up action logged
  • Quotes sent versus quotes answered
  • Automations that ran and automations that failed, with what we did about it
  • Booked appointments and review requests that came through the pipeline

Runs on your 6am website

Every automation starts from something that happens on your site: a form, a booking, a tracked call. That is why the Operations module runs on a website by 6am, or a site whose forms and phone events we can connect to directly. If your site cannot hand us those events, the website comes first.

Pricing

Operations is quoted per scope. The scope depends on how many tools have to be connected and how many automations are on the map. A first-response and quote follow-up setup is a small scope. A full pipeline with reminders, reviews, and invoicing is a larger one. The website itself is $297/month. The module is a separate line. Any third-party tool subscriptions are billed to you directly.

You get the flow map, the tool list, and the price in writing before we start. Month to month. Every account is in your name.

Is it too early for you?

Good fit if

  • Leads come in while you are working and cannot be answered on the spot
  • You send quotes and lose track of which ones are still open
  • More than one person touches a lead and handoffs go wrong
  • You already have a scheduling, quoting, or invoicing tool and want them connected
  • Your site is live and produces form submissions or calls

Too early if

  • Your site is not live. There is nothing to route yet. The website comes first
  • You get very few leads and answer every one within minutes yourself. Automation solves a problem you do not have yet
  • You are changing your core scheduling or invoicing tool next month. Wire it up after, not before
  • You want automation to replace calling people back. It buys you time. It does not close the job
  • Nobody on your side will mark jobs done or update a stage. The system needs one honest input from you to work

Frequently asked questions

Which CRM do you use?
One that fits a service business and that you own the account for. If you already have one, we usually work inside it. The choice is part of the scope, and we explain the reasoning.
Will customers know they are getting an automated text?
The first response says what it is: a confirmation and a promise of when a person will call. It is honest, short, and it beats silence. Everything after that is a person or a message a person approved.
What if I already have some automations?
We map what exists, keep what works, and fix or replace what does not. Half the value of this module is finding the step that has been silently failing for months.
Do you do the calling back?
No. We make sure the lead is confirmed, routed, and waiting for you with context. The call is yours. That is the part that closes the job.
How does this relate to the Email module?
Operations handles the moments: form in, quote out, job done. Email handles the longer conversation: sequences and seasonal sends. They share the same list and often run together.
Does the 6am guarantee apply?
The guarantee is on the website: first version by 6am, or your first month is not charged. Operations runs on the same production system. The guarantee stays with the website.
